Senior citizens in DeKalb County are invited to four upcoming clinics that offer free health screenings and services, including flu and pneumonia vaccinations.
The clinics are sponsored by Sparc, or Sickness Prevention Achieved through Regional Collaboration, a joint venture of Senior Connections and the Atlanta Regional Commission.
The clinics will be held at four separate spots in DeKalb. The first is from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Briarcliff Oaks Senior High Rise, 2982 Briarcliff Road in central DeKalb.
The second will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 27 at the North DeKalb Senior Center, 5238 Peachtree Road, Chamblee.
A third clinic will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 5 at the South DeKalb Senior Center, 1931 Candler Road near Decatur.
The final clinic will be held at 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 12 a the Lou Walker Senior Center, 2538 Panola Road, near Lithonia.
