The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals will review a variance request during its regular meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. The request comes from The Gene and Amy Dandy Trust, owner of 5388 Trowbridge Drive, for construction of an enclosed sunroom.

Another variance request comes from the Dunwoody North Driving Club by Mike Kaplan, representative of the property owner. The applicant seeks to encroach the city’s 75-foot stream buffer to renovate a tennis court.
