The Dunwoody City Council will consider re-consideration of its LED sign prohibition during the regular meeting at 6 p.m. Monday in Council Chambers of City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. This issue takes place on the agenda after a 90 moratorium on the sign ban to review whether the law is the least restrictive alternative as required by law. Another agenda item is to award a contract for the design of the proposed multi-use path between Chamblee Dunwoody Road and North Shallowford Road. Five requests for proposals were received, and the Sprinkle Consulting was deemed as the best proposal by the city council.

The council will also hear a request for rezoning and a special land use permit by Dunwoody Crown Towers LLC, owner of 244 Perimeter Center Parkway. The permit is to construct a mixed-use development with both commercial and residential uses. Information: www.dunwoodyga.gov.
