The Duluth City Council and Gwinnett County Public Schools have entered into a five-year intergovernmental agreement to offer about 175 public parking spaces at the newly established Coleman Middle School at 3057 Main St.

Under the agreement, the city will install signs to let people know when parking is available, indicate that no alcohol is allowed, provide several trash receptacles and weekly emptying and submit a dollar amount with the agreement for the estimated annual costs of operation for LED lights, in the amount of $1,100.
