The city of Doraville has introduced Doraville at Your Service, a 24/7 service request program for residents, according to a press release. Supported by the iWorQ service request platform, general issues, such as code violations or potholes, can be reported, and sanitation service requests, including new service, container replacement or bulk item pickup, can be submitted 24/7 through the web portal or the smartphone application.

Doraville at Your Service, along with the recently implemented Text to 911 program, is among several initiatives planned to connect the city’s citizens, businesses and visitors with public services.

The iWorQ Service Request app is a free download from App Store or Google Play. Citizens can also to go to www.talktomycity.com to submit their requests. To use the app or web portal service, citizens must enter the Agency Code “Dor01,” then create an account to track the progress of their requests or continue as guest.

Doraville at Your Service is not intended for reporting emergency issues. Call 911 for all public safety emergencies that require police, fire or EMS. For water or sewer emergencies, call DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management at 770-270-6243, a 24/7 emergency number.
