As of mid-April 2015, personalized graphs have been integrated with water and sewer bills based on residents’ monthly consumption in DeKalb County. A sample of the new bills can be viewed below:
Starting in February 2015, customer service phone hours were extended from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, in response to resident requests regarding customer service access and convenience. With this extension, and the addition of extra staff at the end of 2014, 76 percent of DeKalb County inquiries are now answered within 60 seconds, according to Watershed officials.
In addition to these updates, 78 satellite payment locations are currently available at local Kroger, Citgo, and Walmart stores.
