The Chamblee Architectural Review Board will consider an application for a mixed use development during its regular meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday in Chamblee City Hall Conference room, 5468 Peachtree Road. The development, located at 5211 Peachtree Boulevard, would provide a location for residences, retail, goods and services within walking distance to the Chamblee MARTA station. The plan is intended to maximize the use of public transportation, bicycle, and pedestrian access within the city.
The board will also review four planned unit development applications for the following locations: Ashford Place, 1965-1989 Dering Circle; Trackside, 5170 Peachtree Road and 1918 Chamblee-Tucker Road; 1961 Fifth Street and the Towns at North Peachtree, 4139 North Peachtree Road.
