A Buckhead family is set to make an appearance on comedian Ellen DeGeneres’ three-night holiday special “Ellen’s Greatest Night of Giveaways” this week.

“I was speechless when it happened,” Mario Lazo said of his appearance on the special, which airs Wednesday. He will appear with his two daughters.

Lazo is not at liberty to discuss the details of the episode, which will also have an appearance from local nonprofit Join The Flock, which specializes in helping cancer patients.

Earlier this year, NBC greenlighted the specials in which DeGeneres will spread holiday cheer and gift-giving with a few of her celebrity friends including, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Timberlake and former First Lady Michelle Obama.

The hourlong specials air 8 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on NBC.
