- Consideration and approval for a resolution to approve acceptance of a donation for art work.
- Administrative changes to the stormwater utility fees
- Consideration and approval of an intergovernmental agreement between DeKalb County Board of Education and the city of Brookhaven for parking and a sidewalk at Ashford Park Elementary Parking Sidewalk.
- Consideration and approval of the installation of HVAC unit for the Lynwood Park gymnasium.
- Consideration and approval of bid award for Skyland Park.
