The Braselton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Feb. 6 at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building, 5040 State Route 53 to consider an application for a stream buffer and impervious surface variance from Duke Realty Limited Partnership for property in Jackson County that abuts Jesse Cronic Road and Interstate 85. The property is approximately 82.05 acres.

The project includes the construction of a single warehouse/distribution building, site access and interior circulation drives, truck courts, car parking, and stormwater management facilities. According to the application, “due to the location of on-site streams and the associated buffers and setbacks, the lawful use and development of the property as proposed is severely restricted unless the requested variance is granted.”
