Arsenal University? Georgia colleges seek input on new name

As Georgia merges eight public colleges into four, leaders struggle with the sensitive issue of what to name the new schools.

Georgia Health Sciences and Augusta State universities want to know what people think about six potential names for the institution that will be created when they consolidate.

The suggestions are: Arsenal University, Augusta University, Augusta Arsenal University, Bartram University, Noble University and University of Augusta.
