Atlanta police say four to five armed masked assailants barged into a southwest Atlanta home early Saturday and held a husband and wife at gunpoint.

The unidentified husband at the home in the 700 block of Pegg Road told authorities he and his wife were awaken by their barking dog around 4 a.m., and when he looked outside he saw the group running up his driveway, according to Channel 2 Action News.

He said the suspects,  armed with assault rifles, kicked in the front door and came into his bedroom,  forcing him and his wife onto the ground while asking, "Where are the drugs at?" The couple and two children in the home were unharmed, according to police.

One gunman held the couple at gunpoint while the others ransacked the home, police said. They left with a 42-inch flat screen TV, $800 in cash and a laptop computer. They also took the couple's 2003 Blue Chevrolet Avalanche.

The robbery crew remained at large Saturday.
