All officials up for relection in Grayson will face opposition

Qualifying for candidates interested in running for mayor and two council posts in Grayson has ended. Mayor Allison Wilkerson will face Joseph Runyon to take the role as the city’s next leader.

Council Post 2 incumbent Bob Foreman will run against Kimberly Love and Donald Fairnot. Jennifer Nichols will challenge incumbent Linda Jenkins for Council Post 4.

There are several ways to vote in Grayson’s next municipal elections: absentee voting by mail, absentee voting in person (early voting), and in person on Election Day, Nov. 5.
