Reader Sheldon asks: What is being built across the street from the "Castle" on Arnold Mill Road?
Ask, and you shall receive an answer that what's being built at 12575 Arnold Mill Road is a new 41-unit townhome community called Glenview at Arnold Mill.
Don’t ask, and you shall still receive a short list of reasons you might want to live in one of these future homes.
Reason #1: You want to be a stone's throw away from a "dwarf castle" that's complete with a swimming pool moat and drawbridge garage doors.
The private residence is located in Roswell on the corner of Cagle Road (and therefore is sometimes known as Cagle Castle). But the future townhome development just across the street is in Milton, according to a city spokeswoman. The plat was approved by city council Jan. 9.
Reason #2: Your price range includes homes in the low $400k's.
The development will consist of three-story houses, most of which can have an elevator added to them — in case you hate stairs and like to push buttons.
Reason #3: You like your residential community to be very active on social media. Glenview is on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.
