The sixth annual Atlanta Committee on Teaching about the United Nations Conference takes place at Georgia State University on Saturday. The conference is for educators, students and concerned citizens to learn about the work of the United Nations in taking action toward eradicating poverty. The conference is from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Room 150, the College of Education, Georgia State University, 30 Pryor St. Free parking in the G Deck on Central Avenue.
