Kanye West had to abruptly cut short his appearance at a music festival in New York City due to an "emergency."
The Meadows Music and Arts Festival sent out a tweet saying "Due to an emergency, Kanye West had to end his performance early."
CNN reported that West left the concert when hearing that his wife, Kim Kardashian West, had been held at gunpoint in her hotel room in Paris.
"Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this evening by two armed masked men dressed as police officers. She is badly shaken but physically unharmed," Ina Treciokas told CNN.
