While sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) pose a significant health challenge across the U.S. with nearly 20 million new infections annually, the challenge is greater in some cities, according to a recent report.

RentApplication.com mapped the top 100 most sexually diseased cities across the country, measuring the number of reported cases of syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia (herpes excluded) per 100,000 people.

2. St. Louis, Mo.

3. West Memphis, Ariz.

4. Philadelphia, Pa.

5. Norfolk, Va. (Norfolk Naval Base)

6. Baltimore, Md.

7. Richmond, Va.

9. Killeen, Tx. (Ft. Hood)

10. Fayetteville, N.C. (Ft. Bragg)
