The River Eves Education Foundation’s spring fundraiser, “Party Like a Rock Star” sold out Saturday. It drew 175 people to the premier Horseshoe Bend Country Club in Roswell and raised more than $46,000. All proceeds from the event will go to technology investments at River Eves Elementary School in Roswell. This includes the hiring of a part-time technology coach to support the integration of technology into the curriculum and enhance the overall academic experience. There are also plans to purchase several interactive projectors and other technology initiatives. More info: http://www.riverevesfoundation.org/.
