Authorities in DeKalb County are trying to find a “violent criminal” they say shot and killed someone last month.

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office said Christopher Sellers should be considered armed and dangerous.

Sellers is wanted in connection with the April 2 death of Thedarious Mitchell. Authorities said Sellers killed Mitchell in the 1900 block of Glenfair Road near Decatur.

Details about the deadly shooting have not been released.

Officials said Sellers is bald, about 6 feet tall and 196 pounds.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact DeKalb County police. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or visiting the Crime Stoppers website.
