An Atlanta-based musician who had been indicted on an aggravated stalking charge is free after his case was dismissed, officials said.

Blackberry Smoke bassist Richard Turner faced a possible bond revocation last November in connection with charges from an alleged stalking incident from 2015.

The case against Turner was dismissed March 30 “due to insufficient evidence to prove the charges” and “at the request, or due to unavailability, of the alleged victim,” according to a Cobb County Superior Court document.
