A man has been arrested after he allegedly performed sexual acts in front of a school bus filled with children, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said.

Joseph Scott Hice, 47, of Buford, was charged Wednesday with three misdemeanor counts of public indecency, sheriff’s spokesman Cpl. Doug Rainwater said.

Twice this month, Hice walked alongside a bus on Peachtree Parkway while pleasuring himself, according to Rainwater.

After witnesses gave authorities a description of Hice’s car, deputies identified him as a suspect in another incident that occurred in May near South Forsyth High School. Rainwater said Hice performed similar acts in his car as young girls walked by a Dunkin’ Donuts.

He was taken to the county jail, where he remains in lieu of $6,620 bond.
