A Wal-Mart in north Cobb County was evacuated Tuesday morning after a bomb threat was reported, officials said.

Bomb techs and police dogs checked the store in the 3100 block of Cobb Parkway for explosives, Acworth police said.

However, “nothing has been located thus far,” authorities said in a Facebook post.

Employees were allowed back inside the store just before 9:20 a.m., more than two hours after police first learned of the incident.
