Two weeks after a man was killed outside a northwest Atlanta restaurant, Atlanta police have arrested the men they say fired the fatal shots.

Willie Fred Morgan, 23, and Shabazz Clay, 22, remained in the Fulton County jail Thursday without bond on murder charges in the June 13 shooting of Antwan Jones. Morgan was arrested late Wednesday, according to jail records. Clay was arrested June 21.

According to a police report, Jones, 39, of College Park, and his brother had gotten into an argument with two men — later identified as Clay and Morgan — at a Valero gas station in the 3100 block of Hollowell Parkway before the fatal shooting.

After the argument, Jones left the location and walked to a nearby American Wings Seafood restaurant.

“At some point, (Jones) exited the restaurant and was confronted by several males inside vehicles,” according to the report.

During the altercation, police said the men pulled guns as Jones ran across the busy road. Jones was shot several times before he fell dead in a nearby Petro gas station parking lot.
