Car dangles from parking garage in Texas

Emergency crews are trying to figure out how to get a car down that is dangling from a parking garage in Texas.

It is not clear how the car came over the side of the deck.

Austin, Texas police say the driver made it out of the car safely.

Officials said the driver was able to climb out of the window.
