DeKalb County police still have not identified a woman who was found shot to death in an apartment complex parking lot and they also have not located any witnesses.

Spokesman Capt. Stephen Fore said police received a call around 9:40 p.m. Saturday from someone who reported hearing gunshots at the Mountain Lakes Apartments in the 1400 block of North Hairston. When police arrived at the complex, they found a woman’s body in the parking lot but no one else around.

“No witnesses have come forward,” Fore said Monday.

The woman had been shot multiple times and she was already dead, Fore said.
