Four people were taken to the hospital after an early morning car wreck in DeKalb County on Saturday, according to Channel 2 Action News.

The crash shut down all eastbound lanes of Highway 78 from Mountain Industrial Boulevard to Memorial Drive for nearly five hours.

The crash happened around 4:30 a.m. after a car veered into the median causing a three-car pile up, according to Channel 2. Police told Channel 2 that two people were ejected from one of the cars. They were rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Two other people were also taken to the hospital, according to Channel 2.
