State School Superintendent John Barge will pay a visit to Clayton County’s Kemp Primary School at 10 a.m. on April 15. The school caught Barge’s eye when its chorus recently performed at the state Capitol and at an Atlanta Hawks game. Barge is expected to spend about 90 minutes touring the school and reviewing some of its special programs. He will be greeted by Luvenia Jackson, interim Clayton County school superintendent, and Pam Adamson, school board chair.
