Atlanta chef Jennifer Booker is scheduled to appear Sunday on the Food Network show “Cutthroat Kitchen.” The chef will battle her way through sabotages coined, “Get Rich or Die Frying!”

She will make a Hawaiian pizza, shrimp stir-fry and turn a candy bar into an actual bar (huh?). Not sure exactly what that means but sounds like Booker and the competition will face all sorts of curve balls.

Tune in 10 p.m. Sunday to see how it goes for Booker.

Booker is a personal chef in Atlanta and owner of the catering company Your Resident Gourmet. She is also the author of "Field Peas to Foie Gras: Southern Recipes With a French Accent" (Pelican Publishing Co., $26.95).

In an email, Booker said: “Imagine my excitement when I received the call from the Food Network Channel informing that I’d be making my debut on Cutthroat Kitchen. Los Angeles here I come! Arriving on set with nothing but my knife kit, I soon found out that $25,000 and free reign to sabotage the other chefs brings out the F in Chef. I’m talking about FUN. The show challenged not only my cooking skills but my ability to cook under the worst case kitchen scenarios you could ever think up-what an amazing experience.”
