The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Pulitzer Prize-winning political cartoonist Mike Luckovich was profiled recently by CNN’s Robin Curnow.

Luckovich has been with the AJC for nearly 30 years, but he's found particularly fertile ground with the Donald Trump presidency. His cartoons of Trump have inspired a book, "A Very Stable Genius."

“Trump is exhausting,” Luckovich tells Curnow. “I really like being up on the news and commenting on everything that’s going on, but it’s a little exhausting.”

“Mike won’t take it easy on anyone,” AJC Editor Kevin Riley tells CNN. “When someone does something that appears to be hypocritical, that person can probably expect that Mike will have something to say about it.”

Riley points out that it's important to have something to provide political balance for Luckovich's left-leaning viewpoint. Check out more of Luckovich's cartoons on his blog.
