Taylor Swift just proved yet again that she’s the sweetest friend of all time.
A video posted to Vimeo shows the pop star at her best friend, Britany Maack’s wedding in Pennsylvania. Taylor was her maid of honor.
Taylor and Britany have been best friends since they were kids. Her speech proved that through everything, Taylor never forgot those who kept her grounded.
“My favorite accomplishments of my entire life is that everything in my life has changed, except for me and Britany,” said Taylor in her speech. “She was my partner in crime at Brownies sleep away camp. And she was my date to the Grammys.”
She even knew Britany’s now husband when they were still kids in school.
“Little did either of us know that Prince Charming for Britany would be the kid that sat next to me in class with the bowl cut and the Lego lunchbox,” said Britany.
Taylor made everyone tear up and laugh-out loud in the same speech.
“Tonight we’ve got mothers crying, we’ve got fathers that are filled with pride and I and all the rest of your friends are overjoyed for you because we know that the best parts of your love story are yet to come,” said Taylor.
