As Bobbi Kristina remains hospitalized, a source close to the investigation said injuries to Bobbi Kristina’s face and mouth are concerning and have Roswell police investigating further.

A source close to the investigation tells WSB-TV's Mark Winne that police have expressed concern about possible face and/or mouth injuries.

Brown was found unconscious in a bathtub, face down in the water, at her townhouse located in the 9000 block of Riverbend Manor in Roswell.

Brown was found more than a week ago and has been in a medically-induced coma since then.

Meanwhile, sources with close ties to the family and knowledge of the case told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the investigation is widening and may be focusing on more than one person.

The Roswell Police Department would not comment or confirm details of the investigation, according to the AJC,  and is officially still treating this as a “rescue” case, a spokesperson said.

A candlelight vigil to show public support for Brown's recovery was held Monday night.
