Amid National Cheeseburger Day, National Pancake Day (today) and all the other national "holidays," there is one food item that has been resurrected for its 15 (more like 7 and change) minutes of fame.
Thanks to Jimmy Fallon, Keenan & Kel were reunited this week for a "Good Burger" sketch that is... well, very good. (Or at least not nearly as bad as a Big Mac is.)
The skit starts with Jimmy Fallon at his "Tonight Show" desk reminiscing about what a great job he has and, of course, the humble beginnings which he came from.
The music hits and up to the burger counter comes an unhappy customer asking for some mustard.
"OK, dude. ... Let me get my supervisor," Fallon says. He yells "Ed!" and out comes none other than Mr. Good Burger himself, Kel Mitchell.
He utters the infamous "Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger! Can I take your order?" and the rest is must-watch TV history:
This isn't the first time Fallon has executed '90s nostalgia to perfection. He previously did both "Saved by the Bell" and the "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air."
What's next remains to be seen.
