Profile: Brewed in wild and wonderful Humboldt County, Mad River Jamaica Red Ale recalls Red Seal Ale, another well balanced beer from coastal northern California. Rich caramel malt, spicy aromatic hops and bold bitterness combine with grassy, herbal and citrus notes in this food friendly ale. A hazy redwood color and thick, creamy head add to its appeal.

Pair with: Match the sweet malt and spicy hops of Jamaica Red Ale with jerk chicken, pizza, hot wings or any number of Mexican dishes, including tamales and chiles rellenos.
