You say you work for a great company with an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere. You say you have good benefits. You say your bosses are fair, sympathetic, understanding. Then why not share the good news?
And there’s still time to do it because the nomination deadline has been extended to Nov. 16.
In March, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution will publish its annual special section on the top workplaces of metro Atlanta, detailing the area’s best places to work, according to the people who know best: the employees.
So far, more than 200 companies have signed up to take the Top Workplaces challenge.
Energage, formerly Workplace-Dynamics, the research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for 40-plus major metro newspapers and surveyed 2.5 million employees at nearly 7,000 organizations in 2018.
If you are proud of your workplace, and your company was not on last year’s list, we need your input.
Anyone can nominate a company, including employees, executives and customers.
Nominations are open to all businesses, including nonprofits, with at least 50 employees in a 17-county metro region.
To nominate your company, go to ajc.com/TWPnominate or call 404-671-9425.
Top-performing companies will be recognized in the report and in an online directory.
