The Georgia GOP is out with a robocall -- aimed at points outside metro Atlanta, presumably -- that puffs up Jason Carter to a significant degree. Electing him governor, the voice argues, is the equivalent of awarding President Barack Obama with a third term. Listen:

The active ingredents:

"Liberals are hoping we stay home in next week's election, so they can elect Jason Carter for governor and essentially hand Barack Obama a third term here in Georgia. ....Jason Carter isn't just a liberal. He's Barack Obama's best chance at a third term."

Our thanks to the nice woman on Facebook who tipped us to this, and to the anonymous fellow who came through with the audio. You know who you are.
