The collapse of I-85 in Atlanta has made commuters miserable. But even before the bridge collapsed, Atlanta traffic was pretty bad. According to U.S. Census Bureau estimates, the average commute in metro Atlanta is 31 minutes.

But some of you are above average. The Census Bureau says 13 percent of commuters here travel an hour or more to work.

Are you one of those lucky folks who commute an hour or more to work? We’d love to talk to you for an upcoming article. How does your commute affect your life? How do you pass the time while you’re commuting? Have you considered moving to be closer to your job?

If you’re willing to share your story for an upcoming article, we’d love to hear from you.  Contact reporter David Wickert at dwickert@ajc.com.
