The academic journal “Transportation Research Part F: Psychology and Behavior” will publish a special issue late this year on “Advances in Driving Anger.” The journal issued a call for papers this spring which said anger is the most widely studied emotion in context of driving.
The publication is interested in the “impact of nondriving events on driver anger,” cultural influences on driver anger, the connection between distraction and driving anger, and more.
The current Transportation Research journal includes articles on "Analyzing Cycling as a Social Practice: an Empirical Grounding for Behavior Change" and "The Effects of Conversation on Attention and Peripheral Detection: Is Talking With a Passenger and Talking on the Cell Phone Different?"
