The express lanes should have drivers sitting in traffic a while this weekend. The bulk of those problems should be along I-75. Commuters along Ga. 400 and I-85 should see little traffic this weekend.

Northwest Corridor Express Lanes

I-575

One northbound lane will close between Towne Lake Parkway and Ridgewalk Parkway from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.

One southbound lane will close between Shallowford Road and Bells Ferry Road from 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday and from 8 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday.

I-75

One northbound lane will close between Frey Road and Wade Green Road from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.

One northbound lane will close between Bells Ferry Road and Barrett Parkway from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.

Two southbound lanes will close between Barrett Parkway and the I-75/I-85 split from 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.

Two southbound lanes will close between South Marietta Parkway and Delk Road from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday and from 9 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday.

I-285

One eastbound lane will close between the I-75/I-85 interchange and Cumberland Boulevard from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.

Rolling lane closures will take place from the I-75 southbound ramp to I-285 eastbound from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday and from 10 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday.

South Metro Express Lanes

On I-75, two northbound lanes will close between North McDonough Road and Jonesboro Road from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Sunday.

I-85 Express Lanes

One northbound lane will close between Gravel Springs Road and Hamilton Mill Road from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.

I-85

Two lanes will close at Virginia Avenue from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday, from 9 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday, and from 9 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.

At least one lane will close between North Druid Hills to Shallowford Road from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.

Downtown Connector

One lane and a shoulder will close between the Fulton Street overpass and the Memorial Drive HOV ramp from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday. The Memorial Drive HOV exit ramp will also be closed.

I-20

A traffic pacing will take place from the I-75/I-85 ramp to Candler Road from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Sunday.

At least two eastbound lanes will close between Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard and McDaniel Street from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Sunday.

I-285

Two southbound lanes will close between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Cascade Road from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday, from 9 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday, and from 9 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.

Two eastbound lanes will close between Jonesboro Road and I-75 from 9 p.m. Friday to noon Saturday.

One westbound lane will close between Jonesboro Road and I-75 from 6 a.m. Saturday to midnight Sunday.

One eastbound lane will close between Jonesboro Road and I-75 from 6 a.m. Saturday to midnight Sunday.

Other State Routes

One lane will close between Old Alabama Road near Medlock Bridge Drive from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
