Forks up -- all of Ponce City Market's food stalls and restaurants are open for business. Here's a rundown of what you'll be able to feast on when you visit:

Botiwalla: The authentic Indian streetfood concept from Meherwan Irani of Chai Pani, the restaurant opened in April and features tandoori and regional specialty kebabs as well as retail offerings including custom spice blends, chutneys, pickles, to-go lunches and more.
Marrakesh: The brainchild of of Dikla Birnbaum, who owns Pita Grille at 4630 Wieuca Rd NE in Atlanta, opened in February and offers regionally-inspired dishes including seasoned meat kebabs, hummus and tahini, a variety of regional spices, cheeses and fresh pita breads made daily. Biltong Bar: The latest spot from Justin Anthony, owner of South African-inspired concepts 10 Degrees South and Yebo , opened in 2016 and features all-natural beef jerky and other specialty jerky meats at a retail shop, while the counter-service restaurant offers gourmet pies, salads, craft beer, cocktails and a full wine list. The Mercury : This Mid-Century modern restaurant and bar, the latest from Brooks Cloud, Julian Goglia, and Mike Blydenstein, the group behind Decatur's The Pinewood , opened on the second floor of Ponce City Market on Jan. 12. Take a first look at the restaurant here and read our review here.
El Super Pan: This spot, an ode to chef Hector Santiago's pop-up sandwich shop of the same name, opened Nov. 30 and offers Latin-inspired sandwiches, baked goods and hot plates by day with Latin-inspired small plates at night. Take a look inside El Super Pan here.
Spiller City Coffee: This coffee shop from author and restaurateur Hugh Acheson and coffee expert Dale Donchey of Atlanta's Empire State South opened on Oct. 12. Named after the baseball field that used to stand across the street from Ponce City Market, Spiller Park's coffee menu will rotate based on availability and seasonality, with no varietal on the menu for longer than three months, and also features Atlanta's own Sublime donuts.
Dub's Fish Camp: The casual-style fish shack from Anne Quatrano, who also helms Bacchanalia, Little Bach and Floataway Cafe , among others, opened in late September and features raw shell counter, housemade sandwiches and steamed fish bowls. Read our review here.
H&F Burger and Hop's Chicken: The two Ponce City Market entries from chef Linton Hopkins, also of Linton's in the Garden , Holeman & Finch and Restaurant Eugene , opened in September and serve up Hopkins' much-lauded handmade burger and fries and fried-to-order chicken, biscuits and sides including coleslaw, macaroni and cheese and salads, respectively.
Brezza Cucina: The Italian and American influenced concept from chef Jonathan Waxman opened in October and takes cues from Waxman's New York City restaurant Barbuto . The restaurant, which also boasts an extensive wine and spirits list, snagged Adam Evans, the former executive chef of Ford Fry's The Optimist as a chef-partner. Read our review here.
Jia: The authentic Szechuan concept from the operators of Tasty China and Peter Cheng's Tasty China 2 , Dahe Yang and chef Jiguo Jiang, opened in September.
Honeysuckle Gelato: The first brick-and-mortar location of this gelato spot from chef-owner Wes Jones features new products including gelato popsicles, sandwiches and floats.
Simply Seoul: After years of selling her products in farmer's markets, chef Hannah Chung brings her artisanal kimchee, sauces and Korean steamed buns to a brick-and-mortar location.
Lucky Lotus Juice Bar: Created by Rawesome Juicery founders Chantel Jiroch and local artist Kawai Laurencin, Lucky Lotus offers natural cold-pressed juice, superfood smoothies, energy enhancing shots and freshly prepared meals.
Minero: The casual Mexican influenced concept from Charleston-based chef Sean Brock opened in October ( take a tour here ). The restaurant's second location (the first is in Charelston) includes a taco menu inspired by Brock's love of the Mexican classic; a cocktail list featuring a variety of mezcal and tequila-based libations; and a market including Mexican spices, chili peppers, homemade salsas, fresh tortillas and beans.

Bellina Alimentari: Open since October, this Italian kitchen, bar, market and culinary club was developed by architect and designer Tal Postelnik Baum and offers Italian classics including maltagliati della sorellina and seasonal vegetable dishes to eat on-site and at home, cooked by executive chef David Berry, formerly of Horseradish Grill. The 14-seat bar offers wine, beer and cocktails.
Farm to Ladle: This European café and farmstand selling a selection of locally sourced products including raw vegetables, fresh herbs and spices, opened in September. The spot also offers soups, salads and sandwiches. A second location is set to open in Alphapretta's Avalon in 2016. Read our review of Farm to Ladle here.
King of Pops : Sold out of seemingly omnipresent carts at festivals around Atlanta for years, the popsicle business started by brothers Nick and Steven Carse has its first brick-and-mortar location in the form of a Ponce City Market kiosk, opened in October.
Strippaggio : This Atlanta-based purveyor of small-batch extra virgin olive oils, vinegars, gourmet salts, spices and culinary serving accessories opened in September and is the store's second location (the first is at Emory Point).
18.21 Bitters: A Prohibition-inspired shop dedicated to providing the necessities to craft a better cocktail. The kiosk will sell handcrafted premium bitters, syrups, tinctures, shrubs, old fashioned tonic, ginger beer and craft cocktail mix designed to elevate any beverage. Ton Ton: Chef-owner Guy Wong, who also helms Miso Izakaya and Le Fat , offers Japanese ramen, yakitory and sushi, and noodles, rice and other Japanese ingredients will be available for purchase.
City Winery: The wine shop/restaurant/music venue opened in early June 2016 after some initial delays. Along with hosting musical acts as varied as Aaron Neville and Cracker, City Winery offers up its own complete wine list and a full menu for dining befor,e during or after the show.
