The team behind The Iberian Pig, Cooks & Soldiers and Double Zero has announced its second concept for Krog Street Market.

Castellucci Hospitality Group will open Recess this fall in place of the now-shuttered Spotted Trotter. It will follow the planned September opening of Castellucci's other Krog Street Market concept, the Spanish tapas restaurant Bar Mercado, set to open in the former Cockentrice space.

Recess will be helmed by Victoria Shore, the former sous chef at Double Zero. The concept will focus on "delicious food that makes you feel good," according to a press release, including a lentil grain bowl served with spiced carrot purée, crunchy buckwheat, seared okra, Swiss chard, feta cheese and puffed rice and a mushroom patty melt made with shiitake mushrooms, Swiss cheese, mustard aioli and braised cabbage.

The stall -- which  is set to serve lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast -- will also serve wines by the glass, a rotating frozen cocktail, daily juice, cold brew on tap and additional non-alcoholic beverages.
