This week, chef Tyler Williams teamed up with chef Andre Brookins to present a lunch pop-up at The Stove Works dock with a changing menu served every day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Today's take on "gangsta wraps" is Asian-style buns, tomorrow it may be burritos, or as the chef duo puts it, "delicious renderings of anything that can be wrapped up inside anything edible used to wrap."

Price is $5 and $10, cash or credit cards.

In next Thursday's AJC Food section, look for a story with Williams that chronicles a crazy idea we had.

What if Williams, the former executive chef at Abattoir and Woodfire Grill, went to someone’s house, rummaged though the pantry and refrigerator, then made a meal with whatever he could find?

Let's just say we were surprised. But in a good way. And there will be recipes to prove it.
