Wine and cheese pairings: Executive chef Kevin Ouzts and his team will host Saturday in Burgundy, a delectable menu featuring iconic wines and cheeses from east-central France from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30 at The Cockentrice in Krog Street Market The intimate afternoon includes six wines and six cheeses paired with accompaniments. Tickets, which are $33.59 including a service fee, may be purchased here.

Eat, dance and reminisce: Want to hear awesome songs from the 80s and 90s? Get ready to show off your fancy footwork as SAVED BY THE BAND hits Venkman's stage to cover your favorite tunes old-school. The party kicks off at 10 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30. Tickets, which are $10, may be purchased here. When you work up an appetite, indulge in chef Nick Melvin's classic comfort cuisine. Additionally, from 12-4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, Lilac Wine, a self-described sweet and heady musical recipe will set the tone for a bottomless brunch afternoon. Tickets, available at the door, will be $3. Come hungry and ready to snap your fingers.

Anniversary latte announcement: Jittery Joe's Atlanta turned one this month, and to celebrate, the coffee shop is offering a special almond anniversary latte with its signature espresso, steamed milk, almond syrup and a slivered almond dusting on top for the remainder of this month. If you absolutely can't warm up with a cup of Joe this weekend, swing by throughout February; the shop will not deny patrons the pleasure of this yummy latte.
