Ponce City Market mixed-use development previously announced several additions to its Central Food Hall, slated to open in spring 2015, including Anne Quatrano's Dub's Fish Camp, an Indian street food spot from the owners of Chai Pani, and Linton Hopkins' H&F Burger.
Now, chefs Shaun Brock and Guy Wong have joined the mix, along with three other concepts.
Here’s the latest rundown:
The second outpost of chef Sean Brock’s Charleston-based casual Mexican concept expands on the original, adding raw ingredients, including fresh Mexican spices, chili peppers, homemade salsas, fresh tortillas and beans. The cocktail menu will feature a variety of mezcal and tequila-based drinks.
Ton Ton
The latest concept from Atlanta restaurateur Guy Wong of Miso Izakaya will open serving Japanese ramen, yakitori and sushi, and noodles, rice and other Japanese ingredients available for purchase.
