Greek Easter is this Sunday, April 12. Greek Easter is based on the Julian calendar, not the Gregorian calendar that the Western world follows. Davio 's Atlanta's Executive Pastry Chef Kathleen Miliotis is Greek, and her family has celebrated the holiday since she was a child. One of her favorite foods was Koulourakia, the Greek Easter cookies. Miliotis will be serving up these cookies at Davio's this Sunday, and here she shares the recipe so you can make them at home.
