Rahul Sharma was always looking for healthy food that was better than the vending machine, and his busy schedule didn't give him time to eat filling meals. He studied long hours while obtaining degree from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, and wanted convenient, healthy options that didn't require grocery trips. Upon graduation, Sharma decided to start his own company, and today he launches Good Habit Box.

The Atlanta-based Good Habit Box delivers healthy, handcrafted breakfasts, snacks and shakes to members on a schedule that suits their lifestyle. Once you sign up, you choose how often you want to receive a box, what to put in it, and when to pause or stop an order.

With so many membership delivery services out there, Good Habit Box distinguishes themselves by their ingredients standards. Sharma himself is the recipe creator, and each recipe is created in an organic bakery here in Atlanta. Before an item makes it into the Good Habit Box, a registered dietician approves the ingredients.

Instead of a box full of snacks that can easily be consumed during a whim of boredom, you’ll find breakfast packets of “gingered fig and walnut” oatmeal mixed with flax seeds and brown rice syrup; “honey balsamic cashews and dates” and “almond cranberry pepita” nut mixes; organic sencha tea from China and earl grey tea with Bergamot; and a dark chocolate protein shake with pronounceable ingredients like whey protein and stevia leaf extract.

As Sharma says, he’s trying to distinguish Good Habit from other delivery boxes by highlighting local ingredients when possible, creating wholesome, nutrient-packed items and eventually, working with local chefs. Products will change monthly so members will always have new options to pick from.

To celebrate Good Habit Box’s launch, the first 500 people to sign up will receive 50 percent off their box. Use the code GOODHABIT.
