It's called Pulled Porter, and it's a bacon-and-hickory-smoked porter created by Sweetwater Brewing Co. in collaboration with Justin and Jonathan Fox of Atlanta's wildly popular Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q .

The latest edition in Sweetwater's large format, one-off  Dank Tank series, which has been on hiatus since April 2014, Pulled Porter will hit bars, restaurants and retail on Monday, in 22-ounce bottles and on draft.

But if you want to get an early taste, Sweetwater is having a bottle release party at the brewery on Sunday from 2:30-4:30 p.m., with pulled pork sandwiches from Fox Bros and Sailing to Denver playing on the patio, plus the first 200 folks through the door will "snag proper glassware." Admission is $10 at the door.

Here's the rundown on the creation of Pulled Porter lifted from the label:

El Danko finally sobered up just long enough to get back in the brewhouse after a 2-year bender! He teamed up with the bros of Fox Bro's BBQ (Justin and Jonathan Fox -- the gents you see above) to come up with a smoked bacon porter, Pulled Porter. Over the course of three days, the crew from Fox Bros. smoked one ton of malt on their wood-burning Lang smokers, using nothing but hickory. Each batch of malt smoked for 5 hours at 250 degrees to get a nice toast and plenty of good smoke without burning it. To add that extra bit of oink, we tossed racks of bacon in the smoker to infuse the smoking malt.
