Get to know your oysters

Gain a deeper appreciation for oysters and learn how to prepare and shuck them like a pro at home during Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar Oyster 101 Workshop. Explore oyster farming (aquaculture), oyster etiquette, flavor profiles, history and sustainability with chef/owner Doug Turbush and sous chef Will Puryear.  Taste six raw oyster varieties; tasting sheets and wheels will be provided. Participants 21 and older will also get a glass of sparkling wine.
