Hello lovelies! I am back from Vegas and I am sorry for my radio silence. I may or may not have misplaced my iPad in Vegas and found it again. Anyway, Vegas was fun! I ate, shopped, gambled too much and I can’t wait to go back!
While I was there, we went to a Boyz II Men concert, which, by the way, made me feel young and old at the same darn time. There was a couple sitting near us and I couldn’t help but overhear them talking. The lady was saying not so nice things to her guy and he seemed to just sit there and take it. I felt bad for him and wondered why such a seemingly sweet man picked such a grumpy cat chick. Perhaps she was having a bad night but my friends often notice how so many men end up with women who seem mean.
Men still want to be with nice women, right?
This mean woman thing was so commonplace, I know one lady who even resorted to being more mean to guys. She said they appeared more interested in her when she was dominating and pushy. Odd that this seemed to work like a charm.
Why does it seem that easy going, sweet natured people link up with those who walk all over them? Why do they manage to attract and keep these types around?
