To celebrate Polaroid’s 80th birthday today, the company announced the release of the One-Step 2, an analog instant camera combining the brand’s iconic 1970s retro design with crisp, modern style to give you all the rainbow-colored feels.

The "spiritual successor to the original Polaroid OneStep" (first released in 1977) is the first camera from Polaroid Originals, a new brand built under the umbrella of the Impossible Project.

According to Digital Trends, the Impossible Project is the same startup of instant film fans that helped preserve Polaroid's film after the company stopped production in 2008.
