Georgia Tech student-athletes have convened this week in a thank-you campaign to donors to the athletic association’s Alexander-Tharpe Fund. About 160 athletes representing all of Tech’s teams spent either Monday or Tuesday evening at the Edge Center calling donors or writing thank-you notes. Each was tasked with contacting 10 donors. The program will continue two more nights this week. It is the second year Tech athletes have taken part in the activity.
